First World War. -- 1915-1919. -- 8 cm of textual records. -- Reavley was appointed to the Army Medical Corps of the Canadian Army in August 1915, and to the Royal Army Medical Corps in 1916. He was at the time a resident of Steveville, Alberta. He worked first at Sarcee Army Camp in Calgary, then went overseas in 1916. He served as a medical officer in Prisoner of War camps in Britain, and worked on an Ambulance Train in Italy and France. He returned to Canada in 1919. -- The series consists of military certificates, newspaper clippings, etc. |
