M-1381 New Ulm Hutterite Colony. -- [ca. 1880s]. -- 1 volume. -- Consists of a Hutterite religious song book, containing martyr songs of the 1500s and 1600s. Includes index and family register of David Waldner and family from 1875 in South Dakota to 1920 in Alberta.
M-1385 Hutterite documents collected by Karl Peter. -- 1852, 1902 and n.d. -- 5 items. -- Consists of religious and other Hutterite documents, including texts printed from the Bible, a recipe for home production and use of medicine, and a certificate of baptism.
M-2805-oversize Sketches and notes done by E.J. Spiteri while interviewing Jacob Walter on the Stand Off Colony. -- 1971. -- 2 pages. -- Relates to sound recording RDT-5, described below.

M-3563 New Rosebud Colony - Hutterite songbooks. -- 1947, 1953. -- Consists of songbooks written by Johannes Walter from Beiseker, Alberta.
M-3564 Karl Peters' ethnological study of Hutterites in Alberta. -- 1963-1966. -- 12.5 cm of textual records. -- Consists of a study undertaken by Karl Peter as a special Glenbow project. Peter visited many colonies, but most of the information in this study was obtained during a stay in the Stand Off Colony. The study includes details of culture, economic system, and religious beliefs. For a continuation, see M-3567 below.
M-3567 Karl Peters' study of Hutterites in Alberta. -- 1966. -- 260 pages. -- Consists of a study of the Hutterite culture, ideology, institutions and personalities, based upon fieldwork conducted for the Glenbow Foundation. This is an extension of M-3564 above.
M-3569 Lena Wipf's Hutterite hymn book. -- 1955. -- 1 volume. -- Consists of a handwritten hymn book from Hanna, Alberta, including notes on the hymns and their use. The hymn book was copied from an earlier text by Lena Wipf of the Handhillls Hutterite Colony.
M-3574 Rebecca P. Tschetter (New Rosebud Colony) papers. -- 1922-1955 and n.d. -- 1 cm of textual records. -- Consists of songbooks and baptismal recital of Rebecca Tschetter and Peter B. Hofer. The songbook was copied and completed on October 29, 1955, while the songbook is purported to be an Easter song. The baptismal recital belonged to Peter B. Hofer, a carpenter of the Rosebud Hutterite Colony and father of Mrs. Tschetter. The individual was required to recite the text from memory. The name appearing on the item ("Annie P. Hofer") referes to another daughter.

Microfilm-Hutterite-2 Minburn Hutterite Colony. -- Microfilmed 1961 (originally created 1774-1811). -- 1 microfilm reel. -- Consists of letters between the Hutterian Brethren in Wischenky and Sarepta, Russia. -- The originals are held by the Minburn Hutterite Colony.
Microfilm-Hutterite-3 Red Willow Hutterite Colony. -- Microfilmed 1963 (originally created 1821-1875). -- 2 microfilm reels. -- Consists of religious documents and explanations of parts of the Bible, collected by Paul Strohl of the Red Willow Colony from several colonies. Includes the first part of Leonhard Dax's "Christ and the World". The second part is on Microfilm-Hutterite-6 described below. -- The originals are held by Red Willow and other Hutterite Colonies.

Microfilm-Hutterite-6 MacMillan Hutterite Colony and Red Willow Hutterite Colony. -- Microfilmed 1963 (originally created 1795). -- 1 microfilm reel. -- Consists of documents of Hutterite religious teachings, including the second part of Leonhard Dax's "Christ and the World". -- The original is held by the MacMillan and Red Willow Colonies.

RDT-2 Sunday service and sermon. -- 1963. -- 1 audio reel. -- Consists of a sound recording, made by Karl Peter, of a regular Sunday service and a sermon related to the Acts of the Apostles. The first preacher is Mike Tshetter and the second is Jacob Walter.
RDT-4 Hutterite songs, hymns and interviews. -- [ca. 1963]. -- 5 audio reels. -- Consists of sound recordings, made by Karl Peter at the Lakeside, Stand Off and other Hutterite colonies.
RDT-5 Interview with Jacob Walter, songs and hymns. -- 1971. -- 3 audio reels. -- Consists of sound recordings made by Ed Spiteria at the Stand Off Hutterite Colony.
