Series 6	Jubilee Camp / Stan Pallesen. - 1969-1995. - 19 cm of textual records and photographs. - In 1969 Stan Pallesen, the father of two former Guides, gave 87 acres of land on the south bank of the Bow River at Cochrane, Alberta to the Calgary Area Guides for the purposes of a camp. In 1970 the camp was named Jubilee in honour of the 60th anniversary of Guiding in Canada. Several building were established on the site over the years, including Rowan House, Rabbit, Centennial House (opened in 1977), and Pallesen House (opened in 1991). Stan Pallesen remained active in the development of Jubilee until his death in 1995. - The series consists of documents related to the transfer of land to the Guides, the building and opening of Centennial House and Pallesen House, the planting of trees, creation of the lagoon, and development of the site in general. Includes extensive photographs and slides of Jubilee from its inception.

Series 9	Scrapbooks. - 1927-1979. - 1 m of textual records and other material. - The series consists of 16 scrapbooks kept by the Calgary Area, to document members, activities, and events in Calgary, Canada, and the world. The"General" scrapbooks consist primarily of newspaper clippings, but also include a few original programs and photographs. One scrapbook records good deeds performed by various Packs and Companies. The other scrapbooks document special events and celebrations, specifically Canada's Centennial, Calgary Stampede's Salute to Youth in Flare Square, and the International Year of the Child.

Series 14	Districts, Divisions and Zones. - 1935-1988. - 1 m of textual records and other material. - When the Calgary Area was officially established in 1956, it was divided into four Divisions: North East, South East, South West and North West. Each Division consisted of several Districts, and each District consisted of several individual Packs and Companies. As Calgary grew, more Divisions and Districts were created. By the 1980s there were over 12 Divisions and 45 Districts. Zones are larger units, which encompass several Divisions. - The series consists of minutes, scrapbooks, badge records, photographs and miscellany . The series has been artificially arranged in alphabetical order by name. Please see Series 15 for records of specific Packs and Companies.
